VOICE Mentor Program Co-Director

The VOICE (Volunteers of Issaquah Changing Education) Mentor Program Co-Directors provide expertise and understanding of VOICE guidelines, program delivery, relationships with Issaquah School District administration and Foundation staff in regard to daily operations and long range planning of the VOICE Program. Directors recruit, screen, train and support volunteer mentors; work with school based Site Coordinators to assure timely matching of mentors with students; and provide overall program support, communication and appreciation of volunteers as well as evaluation of the program. This is a shared position- with tasks shared and/or divided based on individual Directors’ skills and interests.
